Short Film: Production Blog

Hey everyone, its Sophia again. In this blog I will talk about the beginning process of filming the short film. It did not really go as plan and the filming was delayed :( One of our actors was not able to make it on the day we planned to do our practice filming scene day. So, we have to delay filming production back a bit. BUT fear not everything else will go back on schedule. Also, filming has been a bit tricky because majority of us are seniors who are busy with work and homework. However, the group has decided to film this week. Maybe having this delay is a blessing in disguise and everything will o as plan. It gave us more time to really perfect the script to make the film feel real and have the effect we want it to have on the audience. In the film, I will hopefully just film, but if there is another actor who cannot make it, I will have to step in to try and act. Hopefully, that does not happen as I do not think I will be a good actor. And all I will have to do is film and edit. Even though we have not filmed yet I am thinking about how everything will be edited. As well, as the actual film package and everything that needs to go in. My favorite part that I think I will enjoy will actually be making the website and the notecard. Hopefully, I will do a good job at, and it conveys the message of the short film.
