Production Blog: Filming

Hey everyone, it is me again Sophia. I wanted to come here and explain what went on today. It was so stressful. Nothing really went according to plan but in the end, we finished. The group set a set that it was best for all of us to record. However, just a couple of hours before filming we were told one of the actors couldn't make it anymore, but it was going to be fine without them. Then, literally, one hour before we were supposed to meet up the second actor bailed on us. Now this was a big setback as we didn't have enough actors to play the script. We were debating if filming was still going to be done today or not. However, I needed it to be done today and start filming because I would not be in town for next week. Meaning that if we do not start with the beginning or at least get something done we are never going to start. I suggested just killing off one of the characters and writing the other one. And that is what ended up happening. One of the characters that originally existed was just killed off from the beginning. You can see him at the start of the short film lying dead. Honestly, today was very stressful but we were able to manage quite a bit and only need just a little but more footage to complete it. After the rest is filmed, the last step will edit and make their websites. Welp, that is it for today. Thank you so much for reading up to here. I will see you in my next blog BYEE~~~
