Production Blog: Editing Again

    

    Hi everyone, it's Sophia again, Welcome back to my blog. This blog is a continuation of the previous blog I wrote, which was an editing blog. This is part two and the last part of the editing process. So, this means the text type that needs to be plugged in, and any problems that can be fixed. In the planning before we even recorded, the group decided which font will be used. Since, this project is thriller a bright red, blood dripping font would match perfectly, so that is what was used. It also had to be in a specific order which we tried to follow our best. For the first two edits in our group had to make up a company and production name. So, we decided to use LCS which is the group members first name initials, going youngest to oldest. Then it goes into actor's name which is first Camila then Me (Sophia) and Marissa. She not actually in that scene but it was decided to put her there because it didn't fit anywhere else. After those couple there came the question of what the title should be. After brainstorming for a couple of minutes it was decided that the title would be "Don't Look Back". The rest of the title editing was easy, I just wrote down what would go in what place and my teammate would edit in. Now, after that was done there was one big issue which was the sound. Since we filmed at night and there were many cars in the background, the quality was not the best. You couldn't really here us speak so we had to find something to make it better. After searching for a while, we found that there was a button that helped lower the background noise so you could hear us better. Of course, this didn't fix the problem completely, but it made it way better and you could actually hear us. Plus, after picking what music, you shouldn't really hear the mistakes too much.
